today:
did session 3 of the hurdles workout...let's see....oh ya,and i worked on my -not-so-good- lead and trail leg.

1.lead leg drills
a.wall drills -50 times
b.mat drills (using a high jump mat) - 20times
c.standing lead leg drop and run off-5times
d.standing lead leg dop over 18"hurdle and run off-5 times

2.Trail leg drills
a.wall drills-50 times
b.trail leg with tension over 27" hurdle(with partner)-5times

3.box stand/hurdle-5 times each
a. stand on box with trail legheld in hurdle position-drop trail leg to track-hold in position on one leg and sprint
b. stand on box with trail leag held in hurdle position-drop to track hold in position on one leg and sprint over 18"hurdle
c. stand on trail leg one step behind box- run placing lead leg on box-run off of boxand immediately run over 18" Hurdle

4. five steps drills-5 times each
a.Hurdles placed 5 steps apart-walk over with arm extended -with lead leg and trail leg on proper form
b. Hurdles placed 5 steps apart-arms extended-skip over hurdles- with lead and trail leg in proper formand snap down
c. 5 hurdles placed 5 steps apart,run through-snap down and cadence

5. Hurdling-4 times
a. 5 x 24" hurdles placed 24 steps apart(6 metres) and run over hurdles using three steps between hurdles.


woohoo...i achieved the snapping down!! my cadence was not that fast but faster than usual!!
but anyway...i have no idea why me and sze were feeling so tired!!it's kind of weird and we were perspiring so much!! I know when i was jumping around,my sweat was practically dripping and dripping...haha((x

but nevertheless,i tried my best((x
