wow,right after wed's trg i was K.O thats why i coldnt update.
then went out for research the whole thursday so i only have like NOW to update...

today was not bad at all,it's like speed endurance which could have killed me but sadly it didnt!!((x
felt quite fast for some of the runs...not bad not bad...

oh and poor jennifer!!it was raining so heavily and she's still running in the rain!! oh my..
