exercise: 2x20 each leg lie down on stomach. raised one leg as high as possible(leg straightened)
today was AWESOME!!((:
yeah,just remember my starts- not to stop after i start.
and that i have to keep myself LIGHT!! lose weight as well man
200m was wow,i have not done that in ages and the feeling was really AWESOME!!
