100mHurdles,sports day finals((:
4x400m,sports day heats-3rd runner
3 x 200m Hurdles

today was really AWESOME!! i hate whatever happened in sch today but i love the afternoon!!
it cheered me up!
managed to do 3 strides for 7-8 /9 in between hurdles!! like from none to this!! woohoo
and for 4x400m,i wanted to 'stride' and i feel so relax for my run....no pressure no nothing.
i really like the feeling of sports day!!
it helps me 'peak'!!((:

yeah, now i'm so ready for 400m Hurdles this sunday
my timings are not that bad. ijust have to endure and persevere!!
