had triple jump-sports day in between training.
so i did one run and then i went for triple jump.
wasn't too good for the forst three jumps but i did 9.75m for the last one.
and i'm third!!((:
at least its something.
i love hurdles now.since i can do 3 strides!! 16 s flat here i cooomeee!!((:
