baahs.normal drills. never really liked it-it makes me wanna puke.
the drills ALWAYS make me SO SO tired before the schedule.
that's why i so-called LOVE hurdle and relay days((:

130m: i should not look up so fast-just focus on my first few steps and i should accelerate at the last 20m.
i did just what i'm supposed to do and TA-DA! i got a better timing than my 1st set((:

lane 1 isn't so bad.i LOVE CURVES. it makes your run seem short.

i just realised that i'll be down at choa chu kang stadium ALMOST EVERYDAY.
its quite weird that hurdles heats is in the afternoon.
this means that........i can't run around in school in the morning.
i'll be down in these days(tentatively):
so i'm down 7 out of the 8 competition days.
WOW.i have to be as fit as a fiddle.
and i really need someone to help me out with schoolwork.
