100m Hurdles was utterly rubbish.
only one 3 strides.
sheesh.
timing wasn't really there.
100m.just hated 100m-it's like so straight and bare.
ok,nvm.
again.ending is BAD.
400mHurdles!! i'vw waited the whole day for it and eventhough the timing wasn't there I like the feeling((:
i need more competition.
but really.just now was .......................
couldn't feel the power.
