you have to keep persevering no matter how hard it seems to carry on.
i have officially 'ended my 4 years of track life in cedar'.
and it wasn't easy for me to have lasted that long.
seriously speaking,i have thought of quitting many times.
but i didn't.
in a way,i couldn't.
however,i kept telling myself to just persevere.
i came out with my a motto in sec 1 and it motivated me for 4 years.
"persevere,improve,reach your dreams"
-simple English language.
if you persevere,you will improve regardless of technique or timing etc.
and when you improve,you'll feel so proud of yourself that you want to achieve more.
eventually,one day when you persevere long enough,you'll reach your dreams.
in seems as though I'm not making sense.
i know some people will read this sooner or later.
so i just want to get the message across: PERSEVERE.
when people tell you that you're nowhere and useless.
keep persevering.
a lot of people have asked me this:
"why are you training so hard for?"
-its not as though you've won anything over the past ____years.
but tell them that winning is not everything.
its when you do your best that matters.
and nobody knows whether you've done your best except yourself.

another thing is that: you know yourself best.
you know your body.
you know when you can or cannot perform.
there are times during training that you should take easy and there are times that you should push till you 'faint'.
-pushing for all trainings won't do you justice:I've tried.
last thing i want to say before i take my leave is :BELIEVE
believe in your coaches and believe in yourself.
trust me it works.
when your coach tell you that you can do a certain timing,tell yourself: i can do it.
do not doubt your abilities.
-you know more than you think.
i guess thats it.
